- We are trying to improve the website to include this bulletin board. This will help us to communicate more often with the community. Please check this board periodically for information on voting, garage sales, tree removals, etc.
- We hope to have a vote box available by Thanksgiving to start our year round “Home of the Month” contests. The winner will have a “Home of the Month” sign posted in their yard for that month. Please help us bring the neighbors together and vote. Let your voices be heard!
- Please email your phone numbers and emails to us at thepeninsulahermitage@gmail.com and be sure to include your street address so we know to whom the contact information belongs. This will help us to be more efficient with communication and it will keep our paper, ink, and stamp costs to a minimum.
- Last year we were able to get hubNashville to replace all of the stop and street signs, free of charge. This year we had all of the sign posts sanded, sealed, and painted. HubNashville does not do repairs on the type of posts we have in the neighborhood, so this was our cost. We also had to bring a welder in to do some repairs to some of the posts. Now that they have been fixed up and sealed, they should be good for another 15-20 years.
