The HOA offers a variety of services including maintenance of common areas, neighborhood beautification and support for neighborhood safety initiatives.
How can I participate in community meetings?
Community meetings are held annually in the month of June and residents are encouraged to attend. You will be notified of the date by mail, can find the date on our website, or contact us for more details.
What are the HOA fees and how are they used?
HOA fees are collected annually and are used for community maintenance such as: water and electric bills, landscaping (tree trimming, tree removal, maintaining the garden at the entrance, etc.), P.O. Box fees, website fees, mailings, and general maintenance of the neighborhood. Our budget remains tight due to limited revenue. We have been able to keep dues down, although our costs have increased. Paying dues on time if critical. Detailed financial statements are available upon request.
How can I report an issue in the neighborhood?

What is the process for voting in HOA elections?
Voting in HOA elections is conducted annually. Residents will receive proxy ballots by mail or they may vote in person at the meeting. To ensure we are able to continue to function without the expense of a management company, attendance at these meetings and keeping dues up to date is crucial.
